What is an idle game?

An idle game keeps progressing when you’re not playing. You make short decisions, what to launch and what to upgrade, and then time does the work. The fun is in coming back: seeing what piled up, and reinvesting it.

It’s a close cousin of the incremental game: numbers going up, milestones falling one after another, progress you can feel in every session, even a two-minute one. Arsenal Zero adds what idle games often lack: loot, a collection to complete and real opponents.

The Arsenal Zero idle loop

1. Gear up your operator: weapon, knife, armor, ammo, gear and accessory. Their combined power is your arsenal’s power.
2. Pick an expedition: 4 zones, each with three difficulties (Normal, Hard, Extreme).
3. Close the game. An expedition lasts from 5 min to 10 h depending on zone and difficulty.
4. Come back and collect: items, credits, alloy and XP. The more your arsenal beats the recommended power, the better your odds and the rarer the loot.
5. Reinvest: equip the new item, melt duplicates into alloy, upgrade… and a further zone opens up.

Four zones, from 5 min to 10 h

Short expeditions are for when the game is in front of you; long ones run overnight or through your workday. Each zone has its own items you won’t find anywhere else, and each difficulty opens as soon as your arsenal reaches its required power, with no level gate.

An idle game that respects your time

• Short sessions: launching an expedition takes seconds; a session often lasts 2 to 10 minutes.
• Daily loot: your first 10 expeditions of the day bring items and alloy (25 during your first 24 hours). No need to stay glued to the screen.
• Everything runs on the server: close the tab or switch off your phone, the expedition keeps going. With the same account, pick up on your computer what you launched on your phone.
• Reminders if you want them: the game can let you know when your operator is back.

Arsenal Zero isn’t just waiting. Between two expeditions:

• Sweep: drag your detector over the zone and find the abandoned crates before the clock runs out.
• Iron Tower: every night from 8 pm to 11 pm, 10 floors where your build holds or falls, with a Major Crate at the top.
• Armored Van: on Wednesdays and Sundays, plant the C4 charges earned from contracts.
• Extraction Zero: the PVP mode, where you run into other operators and walk off with one of their items… or leave them yours.
